Means of payment

Payments are done online by credit card and are completely secured thanks to Monetico, the secured online payment solution by CIC (Carte Bleue, Visa, Mastercard) and the Paypal platform (Carte Bleue, Visa, Mastercard, American Express).

Delivery


Once your order is registered, it will be confirmed to you by email and sent within 2 working days.

All orders are sent by French postal services or shipping companies which are selected for their reliability. Each order being unique, so you can choose the most convenient solution for you. For a delivery outside the European Union, the customer will have to pay the custom fees, the VAT or any other taxes owed on the occasion of the import of products in the country of delivery. Delivery fees depend on the delivery area, as follows:

  • 5€ tax incl. for France in Colissimo pick up station or 8€ tax incl. in Colissimo with signature
  • 11€ - 15€ Tax incl. for the European Union
  • 25 € for US
  • 30€ for the rest of the world

Delivery fees are offered by Colissimo pick up station in France and EU above 70€ purchase, and in the rest of the world as from 150€ in Colissimo pick up station or Colissimo with signature.

You can also choose Fedex is you are not in France
  

  • Click and collect your order in our Parisian Atelier (18 passage du Chantier, 12e) from Monday to Friday in 2 hours 12am - 18pm 

  • Shipping by courier 10€ in Paris ( in 2 hours - from 3pm et 5pm) only on working days

WARNING ! If we do not have all information to deliver you by courier, your order will not be able to be delivered on time. If the courier can not reach you during the delivery slot indicated, you will have to pay an other shipping - 10€ TAX INC. 

Delivery by courier can not be refund if you were not available during the delivery slot indicate : the day for order mades before 11am of the next day for order mades after.

Delivery slot : 3pm to 5pm



Returns


Any product can be exchanged or refunded if it was neither worn, nor washed, nor made dirty, nor damaged. It shall be sent back as received and within its original packaging.
Your request must be addressed to the customer service department of Titlee within 14 working days as from delivery. You will proceed to the refund within 10 days after receiving your return.
